Terms of Use
Last updated August 11, 2026
The landscaping and design/build work we perform for you is governed by your signed service agreement, not by this page. Nothing here changes, limits, or replaces that agreement. If the two ever appear to conflict, your service agreement controls.
What this site is for
This site lets DIG Outdoors customers view an invoice and pay it. Access is by individual invoice link sent to you by email. There are no accounts and no logins.
Your invoice link
The link we email you is specific to one invoice and to you. Please treat it as you would a bill: anyone who has the link can view that invoice and pay it.
Links expire, and we can revoke one at any time — for example if an invoice is corrected and reissued. If your link has stopped working, email us and we will send a new one.
Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms for that transaction.
- Bank transfers (ACH) typically take one to four business days to clear. A payment is not final until it settles, and a bank can return it after the fact — for example for insufficient funds. If that happens, the invoice remains outstanding and we will contact you.
- The amount shown is the balance owed at the moment you open the page, read live from our accounting records. If you have made a payment we have not yet recorded, the amount may be higher than you expect — contact us rather than paying twice.
- Applicable Texas sales tax is shown separately where it applies.
Automatic payments
Enrolling in automatic payments is optional. If you choose to enroll:
- You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for amounts owed on future invoices, on or after each invoice due date.
- We will email you an invoice at least three days before taking any automatic payment.
- You may cancel at any time by replying to any invoice email or writing to billing@digoutdoors.com. Cancellation takes effect once we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
- You are entitled to a copy of your authorization on request.
Questions and disputes
If you believe an invoice is wrong, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. We would much rather fix a billing error directly, and it is faster for both of us.
Email billing@digoutdoors.com and a person will respond.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If the site is unavailable and you need to pay an invoice, contact us and we will arrange another method.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above reflects the current version, and the version in effect when you make a payment is the one that applies to it.
